KKK protest in Augusta!

Today I went down to Augusta, GA to try and catch a glimpse of the KKK. They were to hold a protest across from Augusta State University. The protest was in response to a female student who attends the school and her decision to not interact with any people who are gay or lesbian. You can read more about her here.
Because the student is anti-homosexual many gay supporting groups decided to counter protest the KKK’s protest. The protest was to last from 1-4pm.
The gay supporting groups arrived at 1pm holding signs and lining the sidewalks. There was a heavy police presence with tape and orange barricades up in front of the school. The KKK arrived 40 minutes late and ended up having only 10 or so supporters. They stayed for about 20 minutes and then were escorted away by the police. Much to the dismay of many of the non-KKK crowd.

  2. LMAO. What ever happened to that girl? The Klan being on your side is a pretty good indication you are on the wrong side of an issue.
